Dodgers add prepaid parking lanes for 2015 season

The Dodgers have announced that they will be adding dedicated prepaid lanes for fans purchasing parking passes in advance for games during the 2015 season.

Fans should follow the signage to these designated auto booths at all gates for the dedicated prepaid lanes.

To enjoy these dedicated prepaid lanes, the Dodgers encourage fans to purchase their parking in advance to assist in traffic flow and expedite movement through the auto gates.  Advance parking prices are $10 and parking at the gate is $20.  The Dodgers also will offer premium parking in advance at $35 and $50 at the gate.  To purchase parking in advance, visit www.dodgers.com/parking.

The Dodgers also offer $5 parking in lots 13 and 14 on Stadium Way.  The $5 fee is available in advance and the day of the game on a first-come, first-served basis.  Lots 13 and 14 are located across the street from each other on Stadium Way, adjacent to the Los Angeles Fire Department training center, a short walk east of the main Elysian Park Ave.-Gate A entrance to Dodger Stadium.  A free shuttle will be available for disabled fans.

The Dodgers also encourage car-service vehicles to assist in traffic flow.  They will be allowed to enter Dodger Stadium through the Sunset Blvd. Gate A entrance (Sunset Blvd. and Elysian Park Ave.).  Vehicles will be issued a special colored dash placard and they will be able to drop off passengers inside Lot 12.  Once passengers are dropped off, car-service vehicles will be required to exit through the Sunset Gate A access.  After the game, car-service vehicles will be permitted to enter Sunset Gate A to pick up passengers in Lot 12.

The Dodgers have dedicated pedestrian walkways and bicycle lanes leading into all entrances.  Bicycle parking is available at all levels and turnstiles.

As an alternative to driving to Dodger Stadium, fans can enjoy taking the Dodger Stadium Express.  Visit www.metro.net/around/dodger-stadium-express or call 323.GO.METRO for further information.

LA Metro offers two express services to Dodger Stadium:  The Dodger Stadium Express Union Station and the Dodger Stadium Express South Bay are complimentary services from downtown Los Angeles and the South Bay directly to Dodger Stadium.

The Dodger Stadium Express Union Station has two stops on site—in center field, behind the pavilions, and at the Top Deck, Lot P.

The Dodgers also encourage use of MTA buses on Sunset Blvd. as well as using the Gold Line in Chinatown.  The walk from the Chinatown stop to Dodger Stadium is three-quarters of a mile and the walk to the Union Station stop on Broadway is one-quarter mile.  Metro also will have the #2 and #4 buses available from the Red Line station in Hollywood that will operate to the Dodger Stadium entrance at Sunset Blvd. and Elysian Park Ave.
