Who should be the Dodgers starting shortstop in the postseason?

Over the past month there has been much debate about who Dodgers manager Don Mattingly should use as his starting shortstop in the postseason. Many believe that by virtue of the fact that he’s been there before and has won a World Series Championship, 16-year MLB veteran Jimmy Rollins – who will be 37 years old on November 27 – should get the nod. Others believe that 21-year-old rookie phenom Corey Seager and his .315 / .400 / .522 triple slash and .922 OPS has more than proven himself worthy since his September 1 call-up.

  1. love having seager’s bat in there, but jroll is a seasoned vet and will make big plays in big moments defensively

  2. SeagerSmooth all day. Rollins can veteran and post season experience from the dugout! #But that’s none of my buisness

Such a tough question. I voted for JRoll though

I think the Dodgers should take this opportunity to use the experience of Jimmy Rollins in post season play.

  6. CRANBROOK MIKE says:

Sorry Jimmy, but your time has come and gone. Like Goerge Thorogood’s song states….”Move it on over, there’s a hot dog movin in”

JR’s experience is very valuable but the Dodger offense needs CS bat more,
sad but true. I think Rollins deserves standing ovations for showing so much class while helping Seager take his job.
