  1. Ron Cervenka says:

I’m actually hoping to cover one or two of the Quakes playoff games this time. They are a completely different team than on Opening Day.

  2. Bluenose Dodger says:

I like the movement on the farm this year. Each of the Raptors, Loons and especially the Quakes have changed from opening day.

The young players must also appreciate that.

A lot of young players with the Quakes – Mieses, Curletta, Verdugo, Bellinger, Calhoun, Scavuzzo.

A.J. Vanegas starting for the Quakes today. Interesting. It will be his first professional start. He has a great hits/innings ratio. He will have to limit his walks.

  3. Bluenose Dodger says:

The Dodgers lost 1-0 to the White Sox in 11 innings so their season is now over.

Gregor Mora pitched eight scoreless innings for the Dodgers giving up only three hits and a walk. Mora has just turned 20.

  4. Bluenose Dodger says:

The OKC Dodgers are now only three games up on the Iowa Cubs and have four games to play with the Cubs in the next three days. Nothing like making it interesting.

Julio Urias did not have a good start for the Dodgers yesterday.

  5. Bluenose Dodger says:

OKC Dodgers clinched a playoff spot by taking three straight from the Cubs including a 19-inning win as part of a double header on Tuesday.
